Advice For Autism Family Parents & Children
A Mom asked about her 13 year old who she thinks can communicate, her love, guilt about not doing more, and her other children. Here’s what I said to her:
“Patience ________, Only allow yourself equal time with Andrew. What he wants waiting wastefully where he has been is to learn so that when you witness his ability, you can see how lost wisdom can be found. He is loving what you love as you wait together to talk, reading every quiet thesis. Rest in peace that he uses this time to prepare if he knows you know he is smart and fully owning every reasoning capacity.”
